Isoform Mattress 20-Year Warranty

Bergad Inc. guarantees that your Isoform Mattress will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during the first ten (10) years of the warranty, excluding the specific limitations contained herein. It is understood that this limited warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the Isoform or a decrease in the slow recovery feature - aspects which do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the foam. It does cover any deterioration in the cell-structure of the foam that causes the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than 3/4 (0.75) of an inch, not associated with a sag in the foundation, box springs, or platform. It also covers any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the foam to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling. If such defects occur during the remaining ten (10) years of this limited warranty we will, at our option, repair the mattress at a handling cost to you, or replace the mattress at a prorated charge to you. During the first year of the prorated, 10-year period, the prorated replacement charge will be fifty (50) percent of the original purchase price. The prorated charge will increase by five (5) percent for each subsequent year of the prorated period. It is understood that the mattress Foundation is warranted against manufacturer defects and structural flaws under the same stipulations as above. The mattress cover is warranted for two (2) years against faults in material or workmanship. All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the mattress, foundation, or cover has been physically damaged, burned, cut, torn, or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are additional to any prorated charges. If you did not purchase the mattress directly from Bergad, Inc., you must provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Isoform Mattress Pad 5-Year Warranty

Bergad Inc. guarantees that your Isoform Mattress Pad will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during the first two (2) years of the warranty, excluding the specific limitations contained herein. It is understood that this limited warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the Isoform or a decrease in the slow recovery feature - aspects which do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the foam. It does cover any deterioration in the cell-structure of the foam that causes the mattress pad to have a visible indentation greater than 3/4 (0.75) of an inch, not associated with a sag in the foundation, box springs, or platform. It also covers any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the foam to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling. If such defects occur during the remaining three (3) years of this limited warranty we will, at our option, repair the mattress pad at a handling cost to you, or replace the mattress at a prorated charge to you. During the first year of the prorated, 3-year period, the prorated replacement charge will be thirty-three (33) percent of the original purchase price. The prorated charge will increase by thirty-three (33) percent for each subsequent year of the prorated period. The mattress cover is warranted for two (2) years against faults in material or workmanship. All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the mattress pad, or cover has been physically damaged, burned, cut, torn, or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are additional to any prorated charges. If you did not purchase the mattress pad directly from Bergad, Inc., you must file your warranty claim with the place of purchase. Isorest Pillow Warranty

Bergad Inc. guarantees your Isorest Pillow or other comfort product will be replaced or repaired at our option for a period of one year, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during specified warranty period below, excluding the specific limitations contained herein. It is understood that this limited warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the pressure-relieving foam or a decrease in the slow recovery feature - aspects which do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the product. It does cover any deterioration in the cell-structure of the material that causes the product to not return to it's original shape. It also covers any physical flaw in the product that causes the material to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling. The removable cover is warranted for one (1) years against faults in material or workmanship. All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the product or cover has been physically damaged, burned, cut, torn, or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. If the product was not purchased directly from Bergad Inc., you must provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim.
